Maintenance charges payable by members

At present following is the Schedule of Maintenance Charges:

1. Every year every member has to pay Maintenance Charges @ Rs.. 4.50 per sq.ft. per annum.
    
2. Every new Buyer has to pay the following Transaction Fee before becoming the member of the Association.

   1	Upto 5300 sq.ft.	Rs. 30000/-
   2	From 5301 sq.ft to 7500 sq.ft.	Rs. 47000/-
   3	From 7501 sq.ft. to above	Rs. 57000/-
